— broccoli florets | 3ish cups

— olive oil | 3 tbs

— salt & pepper | 1/2 tsp each


the process

— preheat oven to 425

— on a baking sheet, toss broccoli in oil and season with salt & pepper

— roast for 35-40 minutes, tossing halfway through
