the ingredients

— romaine lettuce | 3 hearts, washed & chopped

— cherry tomatoes | 1 pint, halved

— english cucumber | 1, seeds removed and sliced

— sheep’s milk feta cheese | 1/2 cup, crumbled

— crispy chickpeas | 1/2 cup

greek dressing | 1 recipe


the process

— in a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and feta

— add chickpeas and dressing to the portion of salad you’re eating that night

— gluten free

— to make dairy free, skip the feta
