— creamy peanut butter | 1/4 cup

— tamari or soy sauce | 1 tbs

— unseasoned rice vinegar | 1 tbs

— sriracha | 3 tbs

— fresh ginger | 1 tbs (about a thumb), grated or finely minced

— agave or honey | 2 tsp

— warm water | 1/4 cup

the process

— whisk all ingredients together, adding more warm water if necessary, until smooth and pourable, and keep in container for up to a week
