the basics
— serves four
— takes 10 minutes
the ingredients
— red wine vinegar | 1/4 cup
— lemon juice | 2 tbs (I usually just juice half of a lemon)
— garlic | 1 clove, minced
— dried oregano | 1 tbs
— salt & pepper | 1/2 tsp each
— olive oil | 1/2 cup
— plain greek yogurt | 1/3 cup

— mix all ingredients together and keep in container for up to a week

— to make dairy free, skip the yogurt and add an extra 1/4 cup each of olive oil and vinegar
