I really like food and I really like math.
I’ve been meal prepping for years, writing and collecting recipes, calculating ridiculously detailed shopping lists, playing fridge tetris to feed myself for two weeks at a time, and figuring out how to make a meal out of every last thing.
This is all to say, I was kind of made for covid-era cooking. I know that meal planning with a few weeks between grocery trips can be overwhelming, so I’m here to do some of that work for you.
I’ve put together my go-to recipes and grouped some of them in collections that make a few days of meals. The collections include shopping lists (organized by grocery store section so you can get in and get out!) and daily to-do’s to eliminate the guess work.
Most of my recipes are gluten free because I’m gluten free, but you’ll also find a few rogue cakes because my non-gluten free friends have birthdays and I’m not here to make them live my life. My meals also tend to skew healthy-ish and cheap-ish, but I do occasionally splurge on both calories and extravagant cuts of meat.
So, grab a glass of wine, get cooking, and don’t be too hard on yourself if you EF it up. We’re all just doing the best we can.
